Arrangement Guideliness
Shared Ground Rules & Expectations
Last updated: October 6, 2026
Welcome. By using this platform or organizing an outing, you and I agree to navigate our time together under these simple, clear guidelines. Please read them over so we are entirely aligned before our first introduction.
I operate from the Netherlands, providing strictly non-physical, social arrangements including local dining outings, event accompaniment, and international travel companionship.
1. What This Arrangement Is
Our time together centers entirely on conversation, social presence, and shared itineraries. It is completely platonic and non-physical.
There is zero romantic or intimate element involved, requested, or implied.
Any shift away from a platonic framework will end our session immediately, and any advanced funds will be forfeited.
2. Mutual Conduct & Readiness
You must be at least 21 years old to request an arrangement.
I expect our time to be comfortable, safe, and respectful for both of us from start to finish.
To keep our conversation balanced and productive, please ensure you are not under the influence of illegal substances or excessive alcohol during our outings.
If a situation ever feels unsafe or inappropriate, I reserve the right to conclude our session right then and there without a refund.
3. Organizing an Outing
All scheduling requests should happen through my secure direct contact channels or the site’s input form.
To ensure seamless preparation, standard appointments must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
Submitting a request does not lock in a date; I review every inquiry individually to ensure we are a good match before accepting.
Initial reservations are fully locked into my calendar only after your identity verification is approved and your baseline retainer is received in full.
4. Expenses & Fees
All baseline reservation retainers are handled upfront to protect my availability.
Any third-party costs accumulated during our time—such as meals, drinks, transport, event tickets, or admission fees for both of us—are covered entirely by you.
As noted on my parameters table, hourly rates adjust automatically based on how long our day flows and where the outing takes place.
5. Changing Plans & Cancellations
If your schedule shifts, please notify me in writing as early as possible.
Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice allow your advanced retainer to be securely moved and applied to a future rescheduled date.
Cancellations made inside the 48-hour window, as well as no-shows, are completely non-refundable.
If an emergency on my end forces a cancellation, your funds will be returned to you instantly in full, or we can choose a new date together.
6. Cross-Border Travel Logistics
Outings outside of the Netherlands require advanced warning and a minimum allocation of one full day per travel date.
International appointments are exclusively available to established, recurring clients and must be requested at least 72 hours in advance.
You are responsible for arranging and covering all travel logistics, including flights, transport, and private, entirely separate overnight accommodations.
I hold the right to decline travel proposals to destinations that present logistical risks or safety concerns.
7. Discretion & Visual Privacy
Your personal privacy is completely secure with me and will never be shared.
In return, you agree not to take photographs, record audio, or capture video during our time together, and no images or text from this private space may be distributed.
8. Visual & Text Ownership
The writing, layout, and framework of this website belong entirely to me and cannot be copied or used elsewhere without my explicit go-ahead.
9. Personal Accountability
We participate in all public activities, outings, and travel voluntarily. I am not liable for third-party venue disruptions, accidents, transit delays, or personal property loss.
10. Legal Framework
These parameters are grounded in the local regulations of the Netherlands. Any formal scheduling disagreements will be handled directly within Dutch jurisdiction.
